A quick reference for the media you upload to LocalOptics and publish to Google.
Uploading to LocalOptics
Images - JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB each.
Video - up to 25 MB.
Media in posts
Post images - Google suggests 720x540, and keeps post images under 4 MB.
Video - you can add a video to a post, but it is uploaded to the location's media (its Google Business Profile photos and videos) rather than published inside the post itself. The post shows images.
These are the current limits; Google can change what it accepts on its side at any time.
