After each scheduled geogrid run finishes, LocalOptics can email you a summary with the search terms that newly entered the top 3 called out. It is the fastest way to catch a win without opening the app.
Turning it on
The email is per user and opt-in. In your notification settings (also available when inviting a team member), enable the geogrids-ready email. Everyone in the organization who has it turned on receives the summary.
What you get
One email per scheduled run, with the subject "Your geogrids are ready".
Search terms grouped by config, with new top-3 entries highlighted.
Non-admin users only see the locations they have access to.
Spotting top-3 wins in the app
You don't have to wait for the email. On the Scheduled GeoGrids list, each config can carry a top-3 badge:
A green badge means a search term newly reached the top 3 since the last run.
A blue badge means the config holds top-3 positions, but none are new this run.
This covers scheduled geogrids. One-off live geogrids don't send this summary.
