MLAP Projects group your locations into subsets you can analyze together - a client, a region, a brand, or one business's locations, for example. A project is the scope you work in: the Dashboard, Map, and per-location views all show the locations in the project you have open.
Creating a project
Click New Project.
Give it a name, and an optional description.
Add the locations you want in it.
Save.
Managing projects
Projects appear as cards you can search by name. Open a project to edit its name, description, or locations at any time.
Locations that need attention
A project flags locations that aren't ready for analytics - ones that are not enabled, are hidden, or have no linked Google Business Profile - so you can fix them before relying on the numbers.
With a project set up, open its Dashboard to see the whole portfolio at a glance.
