MLAP

Connecting Search Console & Analytics

MLAP can pull Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data for each location. It takes two steps: turn on GSC/GA4 sync for the Google account, then map properties to locations in MLAP.

Turn on GSC & GA4 for the account

This happens on the org-level Google Accounts page, not in MLAP. Connect the account first if you have not (see Connecting Your Google Account), then, on that account's row:

  1. Turn on the GSC/GA4 sync toggle.

  2. If the account shows Authorize, click it and grant the extra Search Console and Analytics permissions (this adds the Google access MLAP needs).

  3. When it reads Sync enabled, the account's GSC and GA4 data is available to MLAP.

Map properties to locations

In the org-wide MLAP Settings, under GSC & GA4, assign each location its GSC property and GA4 property, and, if you want, the specific GSC and GA4 pages to track.

Once mapped, the location's GSC clicks and impressions and its GA4 sessions appear on its Location view and roll up into the Dashboard KPIs.
