MLAP

The MLAP Dashboard

The Dashboard is a project's home. It shows every location in the project side by side for a date range you choose.

Date range and comparison

Pick the time range for the data with the datepicker at the top, or use a quick preset: 7d, 30d, 90d, or 1y. Turn on Compare to to line that range up against the previous period, the same period last year, or a custom range you choose; the growth figures on the cards and table are measured against whichever comparison you pick. If the two periods differ in length, MLAP flags that the growth percentages are only approximate.

Filtering locations

Use the filter bar to narrow which locations appear on the dashboard. Which filters show depends on your setup:

  • Business groups of locations defined in your organization (only when the Businesses feature is enabled). The dropdown lists only businesses that have an active, Google-connected location in this project, so if none of the project's locations are assigned to a business it stays empty.

  • Territory, your MLAP territories, when you have any.

  • State and City, shown once the project's locations span more than one.

  • Search by name, address, or store code (at least 3 characters).

Summary KPIs

A row of KPI cards summarizes the whole project across all connected sources: jobs and revenue (from ServiceTitan), GBP impressions, GSC clicks and position, GA4 sessions, reviews, geogrid rank, and LSA cost. Each card shows the change versus the previous period and a sparkline of the trend.

The job cards (Total Jobs and Avg Job Distance), the New Reviews card, and the Total Revenue card are clickable: selecting one opens its Intelligence panel on the right (Job, Review, or Revenue Intelligence) for a deeper breakdown. The other cards have no drill-down, so they are not clickable. Which cards appear on the dashboard is chosen in the project settings, under Cards.

The comparison table

Below the KPIs, a table lists every location with the same metrics, each with a growth indicator, so you can quickly see which locations are pulling ahead and which are slipping. The table also includes columns that are not shown as cards, such as Bing Ads clicks and Google Ads spend and conversions.

Revenue Intelligence

When ServiceTitan revenue is connected, a Revenue Intelligence panel appears below the table. It breaks the portfolio down by revenue: a concentration view (how much of your revenue the top locations earn, for example the share from the top 20%), customer economics, and your top and underperforming locations. Without revenue connected, the dashboard is just the KPI cards and the comparison table.

Display and navigation

The Heatmap toggle color-codes the comparison table's cells by growth (green for improvement, red for decline), so winners and laggards stand out. Separately, a columns dropdown (top right) shows or hides columns in the comparison table. For a geographic view, open the Map; to drill into a single location, open its Location view.
